I found the course really helped me understand the standard on Quality management systems (9001:2015). I am glad to have got a place on the course and I loved the concept of the breakout room which provided further insight and some good examples from within thecompany itself to which I could relate and apply.
The tutor- Grainne is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I really liked the way she led the course.
