Excellent delivery and communication from Denis, great to hear from others in the food industry. A lot to cover but notes will be bound and stored to future review.

Kevina was extremely professional in delivering the course. Her knowledge was outstanding . The encouragement from Kevina to get stuck in was brilliant. I would highly recommend this course as I personally feel I have learnt alot.
