Good holistic presentation highlighting the main principles of GLP from the ISO 17025. Thank you Anne Marie for an upbeat day of learning. I found the interactive aspects excellent and allowed us to visualize concepts in the context of our own roles.
I enjoyed this course, we got together in groups also which encouraged us to interact with one another.
Grainne was an excellent tutor, very friendly and knowledgeable. She was quite softly spoken which made it a little hard to hear her at times.
