Complex subject - I found it to be an excellent refresher. The links for further reference were good to get. Some of the slides were difficult to read on the shared platform.

Kevina was great at putting together a custom training session for the companies needs. The level of detail was perfect for the staff participating and Kevina always ensured everyone was in the same page before moving on.
