very good interactive training course with everyone encouraged to be involved Everyone was involved in the learning very practical training that will improve the food safety culture on site using a more systematic training approach than we currently have big commitment of time from trainees which is proof of the quality of the course

Overall i am very happy with how my course is going.

I am happy to have been part of the class, the other participants were cooperative and the trainer was very good at delivering the training.

Elizabeth Walker was my tutor. She was absolutely lovely and encouraged me to speak up. She constantly pushed us to achieve our best and ensured that each of us understood the concepts.
