Very happy that I was able to understand and it was very helpful, exactly what I expected to learn from it.
Excellent tutor with vast knowledge who told a story in his presentation style and tied all chapters together by the end of the course.
This exceeded my expectations. The instructor did an excellent job of applying general advice to our specific industry documents and internal systems.
course delivered very well and Grainne took all questions and had answers for all.
Very well organised course, great to have all in for sent before hand.
I found this course to be very engaging which allowed me to pay more attention and take in what was being taught. There was content that I did not know about before and will be implemented into my work.
