Great information! I know how to use Minitab better now as well. I liked the change management section a lot since it's hard for people to accept changes.

Content is fit to our activities John provides a great support in all steps of our GB

Personally I do have a preference in classroom environment as i can engage better and i learn easier in person as i can get distracted when trying to follow online. The course and Tutor was Very good
