Kevina has a lot of knowledge in her area and for a small company we have a lot to learn about improvements within the company to maximize efficiencies in the medical device world. The training was extremely informative for both beginners and people with experience in the area. It was broad and covered most the basics. I think the way Kevina could personalize the training to our specific cleanroom was excellent as it made it a lot more relevant to us which made it easier to learn about. Finally, Kevina's willingness to facilitate a training during the nighttime in Ireland to accompany us in Australia was admirable and we appreciate her commitment. It was delivered with energy and engagement throughout.
