The course was very informative and I found the delivery excellent. John is an excellent presenter and it is clear to see he has an indepth knowledge of the Risk Management Standard and also the requirements of IVDR/ MDR. Also I very much appreciate John rescheduling the second day of training as a result of an unannounced audit.

I would highly recommend this course to others, as Gina and Eimer are brilliant at what they do. I have never connected so much with coaches, and they really helped me learn a lot about myself and the people I work with. I have done a similar course with them before and although there were exercises and topics that were the same, I nearly found it a completely different course due to the delivery and the different group. Their ability to get people to open up and get involved is amazing.
