The pre course and course content is excellent. Ita was superb in delivering the course. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, explanatory and gave great examples of real-life scenarios when explaining something. I really enjoyed the course, and it didn't feel like 2 days! Great information! I know how to use Minitab better now as well. I liked the change management section a lot since it's hard for people to accept changes.
