Very good two days with sufficient knowledge and very informative
Edel was extremely engaging throughout the 2 days and ensured each participant got involved. Edel was very clear and concise when teaching the course. I feel very confident after participating this course as Edel was an excellent Tutor
The material was of a good standard, however the reason for the high score is totally down to the facilitator. Vastly experienced , and quite simply a brilliant teacher / trainer …….. sorry not sure of the title ! So patient , calming and approachable , but still directed us with ease , very rare I give it out but 10/10

very good course content , not too complicated for the time frame, break out sessions helped solidify the material we just covered . Very good delivery with a high level of engagement from the presenter, very good layout of each day, with breaks given at the correct times
I would definitely recommend this course to a colleague. Tutor made the course interesting and engaging. Lots of workshops too. Tutor was very funny also!
