Good course

Discussion on topics and experiences were engaging and really highlighted our good systems and workings and also where we need to focus and improve on going forward

Overall very good training and John is a fantastic teacher! He made me understand complex things (during training, then I did not understand the slides/my notes fully, so very good with the recordings). Thanks for a good mix of easy to understand and more complex types of testing/tools. Virtual is very good as I like to be able to take snapshots and take notes in OneNote in parallel with the training.

The course was very professionally run by a knowledgeable an engaging instructor. I would recommend to others to take the course. Depending on level of experience some people will get more out of it than others.

Very helpful two day course to better my knowledge and understating of HACCP. Denis was excellent in group discussions and interactions. I will implement the course learnings to my FSMS.
