This talk really opened my mind to a breadth of knowledge in regards to Animal Welfare, as well as making me consider my own mental health when considering work of this type in the future. Inspirational!

Wonderful, inspiring and encouraging talk from Sabrina Brando! She has such and amazing life story and has such a pure passion for animals and their welfare.

Definitly a webinar for people who are interested in working with/training animals!

Paws is a great platform, which I can highly recommend for anybody who wants to expand his/her knowledge in animal welfare, self care and sustainability. It provides you with great, science based resources and gives you the option to exchange ideas and experiences with an open minded community.

PAWS is an essential learning site for all zoo/animal professionals.It’s a place where solid science and practical know how are combined so well to enhance animal care and wellness.The constant information updates and webinars/podcasts keep this site very much alive and up too date.I have personally gained so much knowledge and information for my own personal development and that continues with constant use of PAWS,thank you so much for this.Gerry Creighton,Global elephant care.

It was great to be able to dive in to the subjects and learn and review the different aspects of animal welfare related to the veterinary practice and beyond. The online format is quite convenient and the possibility to return to subjects was key for me. I Would love to have more bibliography on site available, instead just references. Would love to see updates and extensions. I did not take full advantage yet of the reviewing capacity but will do once I can!

Animal Concepts provides comprehensive resources that are of benefit to all who might be planning to work with animals, or have well-established careers. The use of various media - podcasts, webinars, documents provides for different learning types. There opportunities for learning, networking, self-care, reflection - only limited by the amount of time that you have to use the resources.

PAWS platform can count on me as a member as long as it exists. I hope I can get more and more engaged with the community, so I can do my part to help this initiative grow in Brazilian zoos.

Overall I have nothing to either add to nor complain about. I am happy with the content. Both as a professional animal trainer and as a human being.

In general I would recommend PAWS to every person who is interested in learning more about animals and animal care taking. PAWS offers a great variety of content, from science base talks, to interesting interviews and people experience working with animals talks. The content is beautifully presented in an easy online format that can be access anytime.
