Great trainee , well explained with lots of scenarios that really helped me understand. Group work was also used . Defibrillator was well explained to known what happens to the heart. Overall wonderful, brilliant trainer delivered by Chris Smith .

Videos audio and picture content wasn't great kept freezing in places but overall found it interesting
