The trainer explained everything very clearly and was very friendly and asked us all if we needed any other help to stay online to talk. very helpful.

Please in the future, where yo decide to have the training make sure there is contacts where people can communicate when they get lost and not your line that keep you on waiting, very dangerous to be driving and on traffic. Please keep some one ready and accountable for that and the training in general. People do training and none do update the system and they get blocked to book shift which is very unfair.
