The pre-course preparation was confusing and not clear. The course was well presented and covered the material required. Feel l can start giving flu vaccinations in my pharmacy with confidence.

I have attended this type of training on several occasions over the last 15 years. Every time, I come away having seen or learnt something new which I hope will find me even better prepared should the need arise. Today, I had the opportunity to handle an AED for the first time. On previous occasions, such a device had only been referred to so actually getting to practice with one has made them seem a bit less scary. Two videos were shown today which demonstrated graphically how effective (and ineffective) chest compressions can make a huge difference to the outcome of an emergency scenario.
