Well presented course training

Excellent course

Course was well structured and the trainer made it easier to understand it

This two days was worth it. I absolutely enjoyed every bit of it.

More knowledge was added Skill , Fun Understanding the patient

I had expected most of the participants would be carers and that there might be a lot of things that were not relevant to my role, but that was not the case and it was interesting to be in a group where people were mostly involved in other roles within the care home and we all handled different things.

I did personally struggle in the break out room tasks due to some individuals in the course but I feel as though the trainer did a good job at ensuring everyone got a say and was able to give an answer.
