I have enjoyed the three day course and courtney had taught us very well and his energy was great

This course has been so beneficial. I have learnt a lot and I have found the information that was given very useful and i have gained more knowledge about the role I am taking on.

Trainer could add video to show the steps to follow.

I think it could be fantastic to have the opportunity to attend this course at least twice a year for refreshing knowledge practice.

Barry was engaging everyone and didn’t make it a boring session. He made everyone interact.
