The training went very well . Keith was very professional and patient . The course was very knowledgeable and all areas well covered and understood. Thank you Keith for your support.

This course was really an opener especially on patient and staff behaviours. It made us realise that we have to look after ourselves and not to just be punch bags. Also to put ourselves in each other's shoes.
