As somebody who has completed face to face first aid training in the past this course was a good refresher however does not substitute practical training Very interesting course content however would like the practical experience

Despite the initial set backs and difficulty finding the actual venue, the trainer was very inspiring with her enthusiasm and extensive knowledge and expertise. She involved everyone participating and gaining new knowledge and up to date changes. It was particularly refreshing to have a trainer who had excellent communication skills and explained things clearly and was able to make the course content interesting and relevant.
