Very good course

Great trainer. Sam did a great job even without materials on ground. He improvised where necessary

I think Nancy deserve an award because she was able to keep everything together for 2-days training with everyone in attendance despite having an horrendous day 1 due to crap venue as there were no heating, wi-fi and the roof windows were opened and no hot water.

The training was so elaborate, I have a clearer view of procedures now and why things are done , the laws backing them up. Really enlightened.

The course gave the opportunity to refresh my memory about my role as a Care Support Worker working in mental health setting and how to deliver person-centered care in the overall interest of the patients using the 6C's of care.

I managed to understand all the training.
