Great content, good refresher

very interesting even though ive done this cause loads of times there is always someting new to learn

Some of the parts are not needed in my job role, but the areas that are were interesting and have learnt new aspects of moving and handling people . The trainer was engaging and easy to listen to .

Sam was very enthusiastic when going through the training, everything was well explained and if I had any struggles or questions he made sure to then further explain for me to ensure I understood more .I liked that he would give his own examples of situations to explain things further, I found this was very effective.
