I was the only one on the course who was not working in mental health so found it a bit challenging at times to contribute in metal health specific scenarios.

Ok day, interactive so maintained the interest

Interesting & informative

Firstly, the course is not entirely relevant in my line of work and the number of days to deliver the course feels unnecessary too long. The course could have been completed in a day saving me unnecessary expenses and inconveniences, causing me to cancelled two shifts. Overall, the trainer (MaryAnn) did a fab job delivering the course in a friendly and interactive way to carry everyone along.

traineer very clear and fun putting the points across well. 2 days not needed for the course . Staff need to be paid to attend the course with expenses as well :(

It was very educative and I enjoyed the entire session. Trainer kept the training lively and used practical examples which were relatable.
