I would say that I enjoyed the training because it helped me to refresh my memory to the things I learnt during the online training and I also learned new things which will help me to improve my experience at work I also like the way the trainer explained things and in a friendly way, even when we ask irrelevant questions, she guided us both in theory and practical.

Slides are too in-depth for health care support workers . Too clinical information and language can be made simplier. A day refresher course could be realistic for care workers who have been working with Nhsp for over a certain amount of years.
