Some of the parts are not needed in my job role, but the areas that are were interesting and have learnt new aspects of moving and handling people . The trainer was engaging and easy to listen to .

Sam was very enthusiastic when going through the training, everything was well explained and if I had any struggles or questions he made sure to then further explain for me to ensure I understood more .I liked that he would give his own examples of situations to explain things further, I found this was very effective.
