Overall, when I first came in for the class, I was unsure about how the class is gonna be. But when Mike started to have an interaction with us, it became quite interesting. He even shared some of his experiences which was quite interesting and fun. Simultaneously, he even taught everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was quite a fun person with a lot of good and fun experiences. 😊

The course/training was engaging and informative.

Very poor. Trainer was rude and patronising. Was asked if my child was well looked after while I was on the course. Was asked to shut the door. My child was quiet and was not affecting me on the course at all. Very rude and judgemental.

Very informative,and learnt lots abut new lifting equipment.

The trainer was very knowledgeable, gave us plenty of examples. He made sure everybody was involved and gave constructive criticism.

Really well delivered day. Mike was excellent at getting the best out of everyone with his friendly approach. Well paced with not too many different topics in one day. Nice small group so lots of interaction
