Comprehensive course

Clear Understandabe

Very informative, explained things unsure of in a simple form when needed. Course content and materials were relevant, due to being on zoom no practical which is why I gave 4 stars.

The course was very educational for someone especially me who hasn't been in care that long. I now know things I didn't know or wasn't taught in previous practical training for this topic.

Would prefer to do the course practical
