Bianca was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I thought the videos were poor quality, especially the sound.

I was sent on this course, but I am a biomedical scientist based in the Transfusion Laboratory. The course is ward based and so some of it is not relevant to me. I do not use hoists or move patients. The CPR and AED are useful.

It's good enough as an online course. First Aid is useful as a practical course. I appreciated hearing other participants' experiences. Thank you Courtney.

Generally trainings are tiring but this guy kept making us laugh and being very interactive making it more interesting. Very friendly easy going training.

Good and Informative.

Terri paces the course extremely well, and engages attendees for input in a nice way, which I like (no wall flowers allowed!) Great to have a comfort break halfway through.
