Both trainers Nancy Clement and Chris Smith were both fantastic, their interaction level with us was very good and easy to understand what they taught. Very good and pleased with their service delivery.

I find this traing very useful and applicable to practice. I enjoyed this course. The venue is lacking a car park, which is a down site for attendants commuting by car.

Chris was fantastic in his delivery and taught the course with his exceptional experience and knowledge. He made us interact and very interested. It was a great training . The venue could use a car park.
