The whole experience was god and content was well researched and delivery and presentation was superb with good scenarios

It was an excellent experience. The tutor and peers were very supportive and encouraging of one another especially when sharing personal stories. It was also interactive.

Training day was enjoyable and knowledgeable. The venue was air conditioned and had nice toilet facilities etc. Trainer was also very friendly and helpful with the course.

NHSP providing refreshments would be good.
