Maybe just a 5 min break half way through- I had to leave as I had drank too much water!

very informative and kept us engaged. not boring at all

Really interesting refresher and also good to learn the aspects that have changed since my last BLS/first aid training. Terri was a great facilitator and very knowledgeable, giving opportunities for questions and discussions with the other lovely attendees.

Had some different in hearing sometime, the laptop was crashing, what we where able to do was very enjoyable and easy to follow

The session is an eye opener to first aid and how to do it.

Only fault would be training over zoom

The course is very good i learnt so many new things I hope one in a year we can do any another training
