It was very general. I think face to face training for manual handling is far more effective. Need to be able to show the trainer the specific issues to your work place.

There was a bad connection and a lot of interference

enjoyable and informative have more confidence in knowing what to do

really interesting and fun. not so formal and strict and really easy going. learnt a lot of information

Happy with the delivery of the mandatory training and felt I learnt a lot
