I feel as if they should create a refresher course for those who are confident and have already completed the training previously. The course is too long for people who are already confident.

I found the training to be very beneficial. The trainer was able to articulate her points quite clearly which made it easy for me to understand. I learnt many new things which will be useful to me not just for the now, but also for the future.
