It was a good training

My knowledge about the health care system is increased

I enjoyed the training and the high level of interactivity. The lighting caused a daylong headache.

The delivery was a little disjointed but covered what was expected.

course was informative, however watching hoist video was quite complex in which we do not use these type of hoist, understand some would use but it would be good to have videos on popular used hoist in standing hoist/seated hoist.

Trainer appeared rude and asked when i was struggling with the IT asked me to find someone more knowledgable
