Inaccurate information in the PowerPoint The information is repetitive as we have already done this in the e learning. We only really needed to be doing the manual handling and cpr practical training in person. The PowerPoint content isn’t in a logical order and means we are often repeating discussions. The training should be paid and should be reduced in length. The only interesting and useful part of the training was the content not included in the programme, that the trainer taught us in spare time such as different uses for slide sheets

First aid needs to be practical, I feel I gained nothing from this course but thankfully have past experience. Very basic instruction was given in videos , there was no content on what to consider when doing de-fib for example avoiding putting pads on metal or patches, watching videos on CPR Is not sufficient to ensure correct techniques and confidence is real life situation.

There were no objectives set. Questions we had were not answered. We went in with set questions for what we need to do for the update, but we have left with no further information, questions were not answered. There was no learning achieved. Trainer used out of date materials, out of date terminology and did not know how to use pieces of kit.
