Very Thorough and learnt a lot from the session. Was a bit frustrating the delay in starting as trainer allowed people in when they were over 5 minutes late. Previous experience I was always told you are not allowed to join after the session starts.

The equipment was used to demonstrate the training was very useful and the methods were used were brilliant. All methods were demonestered made it easy moving and handling.
