Being an activity coordinator I don't have much input with the care side of day to day life. However, if ever called upon I would be able to assist or if I witness bad practice I would be able to address it.

thank you we would prefer face to face to practice skills we might be asked to use but overall interesting and extremely good trainer ( we were alert and stimulated through course) several things i learnt e.g. lazy w and consider hypothermia when burns being cold regards steve and sue

Ok but it doesn't make up for practical. Theory can't take the place of practice. Bianca is very helpful and friendly.

Excellent pace, nderstading of human nature and typical scenarios, with humour and wisdom.
