thank you so much this training is essential for maintaining safety and promoting the well-being of the individuals when using the proper equipments to assist and move our residents. Proper training for assessing the individuals needs, and ensuring their comfort and dignity during the process also ensure that the assistance provided is both effective and respectful, promoting the overall health and safety of those we are assisting and ourselves too. Terri was a lovely trainer and went through all of the training well even with technical problems
