Very informative and interesting.

Very informative session. Although I was familiar with a lot of the content, it was delivered in an interesting way, with lots of interaction encouraged. Nancy ensured the group felt relaxed by inviting us to introduce ourselves and talk about our career backgrounds, which really helped the session to flow.
