Informative and a good update

there were some technical issues with the video which was supposed to be shown in the second half. For me, I don't think it was as interactive. We had questions however we had to look the answers up online which defeats the quiz. I think a powerpoint with some info on and then a few questions would have been more interactive and effective

It's good to have the traning via zoom tho it would be better face to face but with the current situation this is very good.

I really think that bls and manual handling should be hands on, the idea of online learning there should be rules like no babysitting or children or dog, they should off muted there side, very disturbing
