It was very informative and I understand the reasons for the use of the different types of catheters and now I am better able to help the residents that requires to be catheterized

The session was delivered very well, the educator was extremely passionate and knowledgable about the content he was delivering.

Presentation by trainer was excellent. He knows the subject well. And passed it on well.

Toilets were not clean first thing in the morning and still the same in the afternoon. Refreshments would have been nice. Respect forms should be on there. Wayne made the training day very enjoyable.

The course was very well presented, however, feel it could have been completed within a shorter time. All content was relevant but with working in independent living we do not use a lot of the equipment shown.

host was friendly, talkative and kind. when screen was shared it was very blurry and hard to see but luckily the majoirty was based on discussion.
