Bianca was very informative and explained everything very well, and made sure we all were happy with each section before moving onwards, I enjoyed the video of the cpr as it shows exactly what happens when done correct and not correct. I learned about how to help with choking when someone is tall or sat in a wheelchair which was very informative.
