Both trainers highly competent in thier areas of specialization. Friendly, affable & I was made to feel very comfortable asking any questions. I particularly liked the parts with the pretend patient interaction, asking if I could perform assessment to see if patient can stand up.

It was very clear, uncomplicated and to the point. I have learnt some really good guidelines for dealing with choking. The video on recognizing cariac arrest was useful to me, as I have never witnessed this.

Very informative session. Trainer very pleasant and encouraged questions to check learning. I felt the videos gave visual examples of resuscitation methods, removal of choking obstructions and differences in breathing. A good refresher for me and a good basic start for new staff.
