Marc was brilliant in the way he delivered the training course. Taught in an engaging manner with many useful references as examples to allow us to relate to the content. Never felt intimidated to ask questions which was a great thing too as time was always made for discussions if needed.

A very challenging course with lots of information to take in. Rita delivered it in a great way and hopefully we pass the exam in February.
