well delivered - useful videos to put into context and also training felt interactive. Trainer answered the questions well. the course itself is too short and Face to face is definitely needed, 2 participants said they hadn't had first aid training before - really needed more than this. As a refresher i found it really useful. Thank you.

The course was very informative and there were things which I didn’t know from previous training. The videos and slides were very helpful too and give you a clearer idea of how things can help in a critical situation. Such as the CPR and choking. I feel more confident to do it now.
