First time using zoom, but it was Ok, and better than wasting time travelling to a venue, where you wait around for others to attend that are normally late. Course started promtly and finished slightly early as we worked through a second break. One break was enough half way through. Would like to carry on in future this approach rather than attending a physical location.

Course was well paced. The use of technology was appropriate. The information given was clear and appropriate. The CPR demonstration was good.
