Very pleased with the format and presentation of the course. The learning atmosphere was enhanced by practical real life work experiences and examples.

Excellent trainer, useful information.

Perfect.

The zoom aspect was quite new to most of the participants so it was bound to have problems. The mic feedback was probably due to the fact that three of the participants were in one room sharing two devices logged in as the same person. It was unfortunate we could not get into groups to do the questions but it worked anyway. I am sure that this type of training will have a place in the future once the glitches can be ironed out.

All good apart from my internet going down on laptop, but transferred to phone no problem

I feel as though I have broadened my knowledge from what I have already learnt in my current role and feel alot more confident in what I should be doing In my new role. The course was interesting and only had relevant information.
