very good overall training

The trainer did the best he could with his materials considering he had a few technical issues he managed well dealing with them.

Alastair was very informant and answered all questions without hesitation.

Would it be possible to have a copy of the slides. Good interaction from all the group

I feel like the course should of been longer and more detailed. Maybe a few more scenarios explaining different problems that could occur.

Really great course but I felt the course should have been longer and maybe gone over things repeatedly to make sure everything was fully in our heads. I do think it being online actually made me listen more intently and take things in more clearly,

The trainer was excellent and he covered everything we needed he was also able to answer individuals specific problems.

Using Zoom is an ideal way of doing courses. I find it really easy to work around my rota, as it avoids travelling time. The sessions are great for asking questions, and being interactive too.

Course was very informative and easy to follow and the videos used to give a visual representation were very helpful,. Course wasn't too long and we were given adequate breaks if we wanted them. All questions were answered and the trainer was helpful.
