Linda was really informative, Course was well presented,

I enjoyed this course, the trainer was very helpful and answered all of the questions raised.

Very formative and friendly. Linda was extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice and training and would often make sure we all. Fully understood and would do a summary after to make sure we all fully understood.

I'm taking away lots of new information that I'm sure I will be putting into practice. I feel I learnt alot and I feel more confident now about starting my new job at interserve.

Alot of information has been given out today but Linda presented the course so it is easy to understand and soak up the information better. I will take all this information into my job with alot more confidence.

Very happy with the training and I know I have took Alot away from it. Despite being over zoom the course went very well and I learnt alot of new stuff that is going to help me massively in my job.

Amazing training. Thoroughly enjoyed and I feel a lot more confident in the area of medication.

I think some learning checks might be useful as we go along, like Q&A or mini quizzes AFTER the teaching and learning. and yes perhaps a case study where we apply this complicated information to real life cases because it is quite dense and needs to be unpicked and applied in a situation specific way.
