really enjoyed this training today...learnt a new way of moving someone in bed which i will definatly use in the future

Bianca was a very through trainer and asked the group lots of questions. The videos demonstrating moving and handling equipment and techniques were very good and a useful reminder with some new methods. Overall a very good reminder and useful training that gives us the confidence to work safely.
