The course is more for people already working in care, which is understandable as there were around 10 such attending and only 1 with no experience in care. So it was no problem referring to things everyone knew of - apart from me. There were useful snippets for those who know the basics.

Helen was interesting, easy to understand and brought humour, which kept the course light and easy to follow. Thank you Helen
