The training time was accurate and no time wasting.

Zoom courses seem very difficult to join and get onto and also sometimes difficult to participate

The course was aimed at care homes and I work in the community so no appropriate for me. I lone work and do not have colleague for support in an incident.

All information and course material are up to date. The course was well-delivered by the trainer. The course was interesting and interactive

Somewhat lengthy for an online course,however this was very useful subjects in many ways .

What a lovely morning, where we were able to cover the majority of everyday tasks of the people on the course. It was a pleasure to meet Bill. Perhaps a little more on our individual responsibilities may help the individuals understand that they are in charge of their own management & safety when moving/handling loads - and discussing them in team meetings & one-to-ones/supervision? Highly recommend the course & the trainer. Thank you!!

Would have been nice to do the practical update but overall enjoyed the update
